$100 installation fees

Well I am not surprised now... I am not the only one based on previous posts... I moved in my new apartment and when I've been to Xfinity store to transfer it they said a technician has to come... I said ok but if I have to pay, no I don't want it... They say, you will have nothing to pay... Then few days later boom a bill of $100. I try to reach representative but all time they said 'its fixed you will receive a confirmation in few days about $100 fees.' But nothing its just a scam... No one will help you, don't trust them... Find another company even if its more expensive... They just lying to you.

Hello user_pl7afo, I'd be pretty upset opening up my bill and seeing $100 that I wasn't expecting, so I totally get it. I'd love a chance to review your account and turn things around. I can review the charge and any past credits applied or pending. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
