$100 fee for installation when I set it up myself!

I just started using xfinity and have had a rough go of it so far! I did the self install with no issues but was having trouble getting signal all the way at the back of my house. Xfinity sent someone out to see if they could help, and they literally told me that my Xfi pods weren’t strong enough and to just buy a Eero and left. I was charged $100 for this visit!!!!!!!!!!! Completely ridiculous, Im starting to process of switching to another internet provider tomorrow.
