$10 discount

I signed up for an eligible internet plan and successfully enrolled in both paperless billing and Auto Pay using my bank account. The $10 Automatic Payments and Paperless Billing Discount (APPD) is missing from my statement. Please manually review my profile, attach the APPD promo code, and apply a retroactive credit for the missing discount.
