$10 autopay discount wasn’t applied to bill

I received an email in December regarding a discount for signing up for autopay. So I set up for autopay but didn’t get the discount for the January bill.

Hello @user_f72otw, and thanks for reaching out about an autopay discount for your billing. If you just signed up last month, you likely won't see the discount until Feb billing. It takes up to 45 days to apply as it has to wait for a successful autopay payment before the discount applies. As long as the autopay stays active, you will see it on the next billing statement I promise.

Same for me. Signed up in December. I'll wait till February. I'm simultaneously upset that my bill is increasing higher than the discount.

@user_prc5nn Our team can help you look into your autopay discount concerns today.  To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
