1 Gig Upgrade Billed at $74 Instead of $60 — Streaming Bundle Canceled Without Notice — Escalation Requested

I was transferred from one agent to another last night and still don't have an answer on my bill. Hoping someone here can actually help.

Here's the history:

- I was on 300 Mbps for $40/mo.
- I upgraded to 1 Gbps for $60/mo and added a streaming bundle, which brought my total to around $97/mo.
- One or two weeks later, my streaming service was canceled, and my internet charge went up to $74/mo.

When I asked about it, at the first agent told me the increase was because I hadn't enrolled in autopay. After I confirmed that I had already enrolled ACH auto pay, they later told me that $74 is simply the correct price, and my previous $40 plan plus a $30 add-on to go from 300 Mbps to 1 Gbps.

That is not what I was shown when I upgraded, and no one was able to explain the difference. I asked to have the issue escalated and was told that wasn't possible. The whole experience was unprofessional and I was given no real solution.

At this point I've spent an hour and a half on this and my bill still isn't corrected. I'd like someone to look at my account and either restore the pricing I signed up for, or give me a clear written breakdown of what I'm actually being charged and why.

So basically, I just want to get a solution for this:

1. If they can restore my previous bill of $97 with 1 Gbps and my intended stream bundle with Netflix Premium and Hulu, I will definitely go with that (which is just keeping my previous option). The two agents that I talked with were just advertising the new saver bundle, which is annoying. As I mentioned, I just want my previous option, not the advertised one. Yet, they still sent the advertised one and asked me to just click yes and confirm the service.

2. The second option is that if you cannot do that, please just update my internet fee to the correct price, which I believe should be $60 after the autopay deduction.

Since I've used Xfinity for two months, there were quite a few problems that I had to connect with the agents. Now, they just updated my bill without telling me by increasing the internet fee and canceling my stream service. At this moment, I'm seriously considering switching providers.
