I signed up for the 1 Gig for $50/month guaranteed for 5 months because it was a really good deal. This is only my 2nd billing period and my base service has changed to $60. Why?

user_lbg Good morning! To qualify for the $50 Gigabit, you do need to maintain bank direct autopay, that is the key thing that provides the $10 credit to offset the traditional $60 price down to $50.
