Xfinity WiFi Hotspots Opened in the Nashville, Tennessee Area

In response to the recent winter storm, to help residents and emergency personnel stay connected, we opened 32.4K Xfinity WiFi hotspots across the Nashville area to anyone who needs them, including non-Xfinity customers, free of charge.

The Xfinity WiFi hotspots will remain open through Friday, January 30. To connect to Xfinity WiFi hotspots:

1. Xfinity members can visit the Xfinity app or Xfinity WiFi hotspot map to see a map of Xfinity WiFi hotspots. All open public hotspots, both indoor and outdoor, will be displayed on the map.
2. Once at a hotspot, Xfinity members and non-Xfinity customers should select xfinitywifi from the list of available WiFi networks and then launch a browser.
3. Xfinity members with internet can sign in using their Xfinity ID and password to be automatically connected to Xfinity WiFi hotspots in the future. Non-Xfinity customers can connect by clicking the Accept and connect button. Non-Xfinity customers will be able to renew their complimentary sessions every 12 hours.

For service updates and to sign up for text alerts once your service is restored, use the Xfinity app or go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/.
