Xfinity Rewards

Xfinity Rewards is a new program just for Xfinity customers — our way of saying thank you for being with us.

Rewards members enjoy a special mix of special perks, unique experiences, product benefits, and so much more.

The longer you’re with Xfinity, the more rewards you get; and it’s free and easy to use.

Use the Xfinity app or visit Xfinity Rewards to view more examples of the perks that are available to Rewards members.

How it works

Depending on how long you’ve been an Xfinity customer, you will be eligible for rewards such as movie nights, early access to games, Xfinity product discounts, family activities, sweepstakes, tickets, gift cards, etc., and they’ll be refreshed regularly.

You can join or view Rewards through the Xfinity app or by visiting Xfinity Rewards.

Note: If eligible, you’ll see a “Join Xfinity Rewards” banner on the Overview page of your Xfinity app.

Who's eligible

To join, you must be:

• A current Xfinity TV, Internet, Home, or Voice customer with a current and active Xfinity account in good-standing.
• The Primary user on the account.
• 18 years of age or older.

How to join

If you're eligible, you can join Xfinity Rewards for free through the Xfinity app, through your Xfinity X1 TV Box, or online at Xfinity Rewards by clicking the Join Now button.
