Your Xfinity services rely on power to both your home and our network to stay connected. Once your power is restored, if your service is still out, we’ll be aware of the issue and will work as quickly as possible to restore it. Although, please know that local power companies need to ensure the area is safe before they allow our teams in to repair our network.
For service updates and to sign up for text alerts once your service is restored, use the Xfinity app or go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/.
