Unsubscribe from marketing emails
In Manage Xfinity Communication Preferences every option is turned off and yet I continue to receive marketing email. I'm getting them from Xfinity Mobile and I don't even use them! I guess I'll just mark it as spam in Gmail and let them take care of it.

crenegarjr thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forum to reach out. I understand you would like to avoid receiving certain types of marketing communications. Do you see an option listed to unsubscribe at the bottom of the email itself?
