New Xfinity Forum Official Employee Indicators
We are excited to announce that we have updated the way we identify our Official Employees in the Xfinity Forum. This update includes a new Official Employee naming convention (changing “Comcast[FIRSTNAME]” to “Xfinity[FIRSTNAME]”), a new Official Employee avatar image and an updated Official Employee automatic signature. These changes occurred automatically on July 23rd and will not impact the way our team assists our customers here in the Xfinity Forum.
