Celebrate the Xfinity Forum’s 20th Anniversary!

This month marks a huge milestone in the history of the Xfinity Forum - our 20^th anniversary as an active support community! It all began way back on June 26^th 2003, and over the last 2 decades, we have seen tremendous growth, a wealth of information shared throughout the community, and lots of changes. We want to spend this landmark anniversary celebrating with the people who make this forum great -- all of you.

We will be celebrating this milestone in several ways all month long. Upon visiting the Xfinity Forum, you will notice our updated header announcing the 20^th Anniversary. By registering or logging in for the month, you will be automatically awarded our newest engagement badge. We are most excited for our 20^th Anniversary sweepstakes, “What If?”. Allowing customers to submit their best Comcast product idea for a chance to win some awesome prizes. Participation is free and you could win a new LG smart TV. Feel free to submit your entry today. We will be rounding out the celebration with what we are affectionally calling “Expert Week”. During that week, we will be highlighting our Xfinity Forum Experts and all the contributions they have made to the forum over the last 20 years.

• June 26^th, 2003 the Xfinity Forum launches as an active support community and we receive our first registered forum users.
• In 2006 we launched our Xfinity Forum Expert program
• In 2016 we completed our first major site-wide redesign
• In 2017 we launched new Xfinity Forum badges and launched our first full-time Xfinity Forum dedicated Care Team
• In 2018 we began our continuous archive of outdated Xfinity Forum content, we launched our Xfinity Forum Knowledge Base, and completed our second major site-side redesign.
• In 2021 we migrated platforms and completed our third major site-wide redesign.
• In 2022 we launched even more Xfinity Forum badges and completed a design refresh.
• In 2023 we are celebrating our 20^th Anniversary and much more to come.

We are so happy to have made it this far and it is all thanks to all our dedicated Xfinity Forum users. We are excited to see what the next 20 years has in store.
