peacock premium

have been  using my peacock premium reward at home on my tvs without any issues, logged in on my laptop and my phone with the same account info and it says im not subscribed. ive clicked the activate link several times and it says account is already active but when i log in it still shows im not subscribed

Daniel_S4 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinty Forums. I can understand the frustration if you are running into issues with logging into your Peacock account on other devices. Have you already go to Peacock on the TV, select account and checked the left side of the screen, near the bottom to ensure that the email address is the same as what you are trying to log in with on your laptop?
