How do I get the XRA remote?

I asked when I was at the xfinity store and was given a number to call.  Don't understand why they couldn't arrange it then since she already had my account information up on the computer. At any rate, I called the number and requested 2 remotes.  The gentleman took my information and after multiple attempts to get me to sign up for xfinity mobile, he said that I would be receiving the 2 remotes in 2 to 3 business days. That was 2 weeks ago. Any tips on how to acquire these remotes?
