Has anyone been able to detect their Reolink Elite Floodlight WiFi with Xfinity's XB7 Gateway?

I've been unable to get my Android smartphone to detect any device through Reolink App. 

I have Reolink's Client for Windows installed on my tablet.

I have split my Xfinity's XB7 Gateway into 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, but I haven't adjusted any encryption settings, security blocks, permissions on my Android smartphone or the Xfi Gateway. That's about it.

Anyone?

bobg3723 Thanks for reaching out for help with your concern. I'm not sure I'll be able to do much though as we can only troubleshoot service issues, and it looks more like the issue is with an app for a specific device. To confirm is it just that specific app and device not working, or are there issues with connections throughout the home as well? If it's just that device it would be best to reach out to the manufacturer for troubleshooting as they have more knowledge on what may be causing the issue with that specific device/app.
