Equipment that doesn't work also I dont have the Little black box for my channels
I need the Lil black box for the channels I need some kind of instructions to set up my equipment nothing came with the motor missing the black box for channels also I have had this stuff for 2 months now with no service it's not working and nobody will help

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
