Comcast Email Account Not Receiving Emails For The Past 4 Days
Hi,
On Saturday 6/28/25 I received an email saying my emails were at 100% quota and needed old emails removed so that I can receive new ones. I deleted old emails and also deleted them out of the trash bin. I am still not receiving emails at this point. I am waiting on some important emails, please help.

It sounds like you've already cleared space in both your inbox and trash, which is the right first step. If you're still not receiving emails, there may be a delay in the system recognizing the freed-up space, or there could be a filter or forwarding setting causing issues.
Here are a couple of things to check next:
Sign in to connect.xfinity.com and make sure your mailbox shows you're no longer at 100% storage.
While you're there, check your Spam, Trash, and Other Folders just in case emails are being misrouted.
Go to Settings > Mail > Filter Rules and Auto Forwarding to make sure nothing is accidentally filtering your messages elsewhere.
If everything looks good and you're still not receiving new emails, please let us know and we can dig deeper!
