CABLE OUT

I cannot view anything on my television.  Nor can I access any support to determine if it is an equipment failure.  Nor have I received any notification regarding any outage.  My neighbors have no access either.  When will we be told what is going on?  Will I be reimbursed for all days I was not able to access the cable?

Hello, @user_iqbr6p! I am sorry that your TV service has not been working. Our engineers are working on this concern. Some customers have reported they are able to watch again. Is your TV service back up and running?
