Bee-hive Infestation - Comcast Pedestal

Hi

I have a bee-hive infestation within a comcast pedestal in the garden. This was raised by the comcast engineer when he installed the service and he mentioned this was escalated for someone to remove this. As the infestation is within the comcast equipment, no one is willing to touch it. So far, many people have been stung, and it has made the garden a 'no go' area, please can you let me know when you can resolve this asap?
