Bands split but one isn't showing

Hello, I have an XB7 just for reference

I have been using Comcast for nearly 2 years with minimal to no issues

Today I noticed that my smart lights, cameras, and thermostat weren't connected so I reset my router a couple times and still had the same issue

Come to find out my 2.4 isn't showing up anymore and the bands are split, I even tried disabling and reenable it through the admin tool and still nothing
