why is my streaming app is requiring I sign up X1 Cloud DVR to view dvrs recorded on an xfinity box?

Today when on samsung tv to view recordings on the xfinity app but was stopped with a message that I needed to sign up to the X1 Cloud DVR before proceeding. I don't need to cloud service so how to I bypass message ?
