why is my bill in spanish?

Why is my bill now in Spanish and English?  I have tried EVERYTHING and unable to fix the error.  Your customer service is HORRENDOUS!  Your solutions to posts are YEARS old and no longer valid.  There are directions to icons that no longer exists or there are links that are no longer working!! 

There is no reason at all for anything to be in Spanish. I have never made this selection and all the sudden our of nowhere my bill is in Spanish?  Please correct this.

The chatbot is also completely useless.
