Why can't I cancel my Max subscirption

Hello, I accidentally subscribed to Max through Xfinity and would like to cancel it medially but I am not receiving any help from the automated chat it is telling me to do the same thing over and over again and passing me to a representative. I have followed the instructions on different devices and it still has prompted me to ask Xfinity assistant. This extremely frustrating and unhelpful

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
