My name is Will Osborne, I’ve been with Comcast since the Summer of 2005. I started by working with customers on Residential Video and High Speed Internet issues, eventually moving to assisting with Comcast Digital Voice(phone product). After 15 months, I moved to our Advanced Technical Support group, which worked primarily with back-end diagnosis/repair/support of Comcast Digital Voice, residential and business class. I enjoy sports, reading, traditional martial arts (20+ years experience) and am working to be the best possible dad I can be.
