I am getting a huge amount of spam in the recent month or so. 10 times more than valid email. The spam filter does not learn. Xfinity should be able use algorythms to identify spam before it hits our mailboxes. They respond that the spammers change their from email addresses - that's been true for years. Xfinity is not using newer, smarter spam filtering appliances. They also respond they can't stop spammers from writing to us - true. What we want is for Xfinity to stop delivering the mail to our inbox. Other email systems do not have this issue becuase they manage it. Does anyone get this much spam at work? I doubt it. Your IT team is taking care of it.
