In a different thread it was suggested that I ask for help in my own new thread. I am unable to Update/Upgrade/View Offers online appearantly because I have Flex. I get the message " Since Flex is in your plan, the Xfinity Assistant can help complete your order online. Or, you can call 1-800-XFINITY. " I seems to be a know issue that they hoped would be fixed September 2020 -- it obviously has not. I would like to be able to view online what might be available to me and not have to chat or call in for extended periods of time trying to work out what would be best for me! Please help.
