I had previously had the 100mbs plan at $60. But this month, my bill was suddenly $83, and it said a promotional discount had expired, which makes no sense, since i've had this same plan for years. I go to change the plan and find out I'm actually on the 200mbs plan. So i change back to the 100mbs plan at $63. Then I check my account and I have TV for some reason and my monthly payment shows as $73, not $63. I would like this fixed. I need internet only at 100mbs and $63. Thanks.
