Cancel it. I already started my BBB complaint on my order. I ordered mine on October 19th. I have been on the phone with customer service two hours getting my preorder canceled. My “estimated” delivery for my blue iPhone 12 pro 128G was December 16th. Almost 60 days after the preorder was put in. Escalate your request to the supervisor when you call ASAP. The first tier support can’t help you at all. The supervisor had to put in a request and call me back with the cancellation information. I’m currently waiting on that callback with the cancellation details even after my two hours was spent on the line with customer service. This is embarrassing for Xfinity mobile to say the least.
