I recently upgraded my internet service to Extreme. The deal specifically states that it includes Peacock Premium. When I log in to my Peacock account and try to link my Xfinity account, I receive an error telling me that my service does not include Peacock Premium. I read the details on the plan and it did not specify that existing customers were not eligible for Peacock Premium if upgrading. Can someone please authorize my account?
