I just started a thread on this, not realizing that this one was here. It is getting annoying as heck resetting the password every 2 days or so. I see that no one has answered our question. Do not try the live chat, it's a useless bot that keeps offering to give me directions on how to reset my password (which I'm having to do every 2-3 days, and have down cold at this point)
