instead of going to outage map, touch the 'run diagnostic' when in the internet tab. if problems are found that is how it is reported.

This is Houston, TX. A city full of technological advancements from scientists, engineers, and technology experts. Comcast/Xfinity is one of the most expensive providers of Internet in the entire city. One of the reasons it is so expensive is because they claim to have the best coverage and best customer service available. So please explain why it’s acceptable to offer these Internet packages at exorbitant prices yet not also provide the consistent, trustworthy and reliable connection promised? Please ask whoever needs to be asked to help fix/upgrade/enhance/whatever the Internet connections in the area between Tanglewilde St. and Westerland Dr, North of Westheimer. Comcast/Xfinity charges way too much to have this many intermittent outages constantly occurring in a city like Houston, TX.
