I upgraded to xfi complete several weeks back and I just received an email that says I can get 3 free pods due to my assessment. When I follow the link it takes me to get pods that then runs through a few hoops like checking availability then adding to my account then it just says sorry currently unavailable. If I go to Xfinity website they will sure sell me a set. So can someone tell me why I can buy the pods but I can’t get my free ones?
