Evidently this was addressed sometime previously but the thread is now archived and thus not available. I live in a two-year old home but when my Comcast cable was installed the installer neglected to include the outside splitter enclosure box. Now I would like that rectified. Can anyone tell me how to get this done without calling the Comcast customer service center in Bangladesh, because I have tried that and they did not understand what I was trying to describe to them.
