We are still getting charged for unreturned equipment. We were told we would not be charged during corona virus since we are at risk to go to stores, even ups. We were charged anyway. Finally I went to the ups store risking my health and sent back your equipment, still we are getting charged and no fees credited back. How do we resolve this issue since we are unable to ever reach a human being on the phone? I have attempted, chat, email, now here. Is AT&T better at resolving issues than xifinity? Amny other provider anyone recommends? We are getting tired of this.
