same issue. was on the phone with comcast for 4 hours and transferred to the wrong department.
they just had me uninstall and reinstall the app repeatedly. It was very frustrating and made me want to discontinue service after being with them for 18 years.
moved your reply about a streaming (browser) stream TV website to the stream app area of the forum. Do you have an installed and working X1 set top box in your home? are you connected with your smart device to your own home WIFI and gateway?
