I just signed up for internet services last week. Internet only because like many others I am not able to afford other services due to covid. I filled out an application for internet essentials and was told I could not complete the application because someone lived in the property I wanted service and they had to move out. Flash forward a few months and I set up service at the residence and NO ONE offered the internet essentials program when I specifically requested the LOWEST priced internet only program. When I call to get this straightened out....I am told I have to disconnect my service and reapply because I am considered a current customer but because it's within 30 days I can cancel and reapply. I need the internet IMMEDIATELY. My daughter has school this week and I can't afford to wait. I literally just signed up for service 3 days ago and I'm having problems with comcast. This is why I left you guys in the first place and if this isn't resolved in a satisfactory manner I will be leaving and never coming back! This is your final chance to keep a customer that you lost and gave you guys a second chance!
