We had to unplug our TV and flex box for a few minutes, and when we plugged them in again, we got stuck on the welcome screen. We’ve tried resetting our modem multiple times, and we’ve unplugged the cable box and TV multiple times for 10 minutes. Nothing works. Our internet is fine but we can’t get the TV past the welcome screen. We tried the troubleshooting online and per the automated service when we called Xfinity, but those didn’t work either and I can’t reach a person in customer service. What else can we try? Of course we’ve checked all the connections and there are no issues there - everything was fine before...all we did was unplug things for a few minutes and now we’re stuck.
