Thanks for the suggestion. Did not help. The Ethernet port still very slow compare to WiFi. I kind of let go because most of the devices are connected via WiFi.

Hi
I saw another thread has similar issue but did not see the soluiton been posted. I recently upgrade my service to Gigabit and using the latest XB7 gateway. I just notice the ethernet cable speed is much slower than WiFi?! Ethernet runs 200 - 250Mbps while WiFi can go from 500 - 600Mbps. What is the possible issue here?! It seems I am not the only experience this issue? Very strange. Can someone help and advice what should I do from here? Thanks

Oh yes! Shows " We cannot display your network name and password because you are using an unsupported Xfinity or personal device." I am using xFinity gateway and pay monthly rental ... it is their device. Any idea?!

When I tab the internet device I got an error message says “Something went wrong. We were unable to load your WiFi hotspot setting” what is this about? Also tap the Show WiFi setting it pops up “Sorry this isn’t working. We are unable to display your setting now” Has anyone experience these messages? Why and how to resolve it? My old gateway XB3 works just fine. Recently replace it with XB7. Thanks.
