So we have been laid off. I have been a top tier Xfinty customer for 16 years and paying 286.00 per month. We are living on our 401k now. Who is it possable to contact by email that does not use the AI's to respond to me. I used Tom's office to email to but have gotten 2 AI's responce and no real humans. I asked the AI's to put me in touch with a human but they are not getting back to me.
As you know all the agents are crippled in what they offer and are of no help.
