I feel I have been more than patient. My connection has been beyond garbage for more than the past month. I have been suffering packet loss and unacceptable amounts of latency. This has led to the following: Poor VOIP/teleconferencing. Which is required for my wife’s work and is VERY disruptive. Poor remote performance, which is impacting my ability to work. Online games are basically unplayable. I have been through supports “reset the modem” fix. All of the levels are excellent. Support said they don’t support my owned modem. Drive halfway to Egypt to “rent” a 4 year old garbage gateway. Same exact problems. Now unable to even schedule even a return call from support. I guess enough people in my area complained, and some contractors came out today, tore up the entire street and some of my property. The “maintenance” is complete and it still runs like garbage. When is this going to be fixed? If you didn’t have the infrastructure to support the increased traffic, how have you been able to bill so many subscribers? Is this like the non-greedy airlines overselling flights? If there is a problem, then let us know what it is and when it will be fixed. Don’t waste my time with endless loops of trying to get help. And don’t act like there is nothing going on, when you know good and well, there is.
