Can I buy or share a set of Pods with a friend or family member? Yes, Pods can be purchased for or shared with others; however, please note that Xfinity Internet service and a compatible xFi Gateway are needed to use Pods. If you're giving away only some Pods from a three or six-pack set, we recommend activating the Pods you're keeping from that set first. After you activate those Pods, the unused Pods will show as offline in xFi. To avoid confusion, you can choose to remove the offline Pods that you plan to share so they are no longer visible in your app. Your friend or family member will be able to activate them by signing in to the xFi mobile app with their Xfinity ID. I did not activate all of the Pods that came in the set. Is there a way I can remove the Pods from xFi so that they are not showing as offline? From the xFi mobile app or xFi web portal, navigate to Network, then select Edit next to the Pod that you would like to remove, then select Remove Pod.
