I had been fighting with comcast for years to get my billing straight. This is how my story unfolds:
every month there is what i consider an over charge on my bill. i contact chat or customer service and they say itll be fixed in a cycle or 2. but it never is fixed to my satisfaction.
Last November it came down to 26.00 I felt was overcharge. The specialist I spoke to <Edited>, told me i didnt know what I was talking about, that he was the best comcast had to offer, and his word was law. He led me to believe that by signing an agreement hed make the balance zero.
well the balance remained after that so I terminated my service. yes, over 26.00.
so to retaliate, comcast sent me to collections, not for 26.00 but for over 150.00, claiming early termination on my part. I contacted comcast all the way up to corporate customer problem specialists, and all they said was talk to my local office. which I did, but got 'tough. pay the bill'.
so here it is end of march, 4 months later and heres what i see: comcast demanded their 26.00. I wouldnt pay so they sent me to collections. so for 26.00, comcast not only lost my 70.00x4months, 280.00, but other customers Ive spoken to about this who decided to turn to another provider, so cc lost maybe another 2000.00, and that loss continues every month!
so it boils down to this: <Edited>
