I had the same thing happen. All email was in my inbox and disappeared the morning of 3-20-20. New emails are coming in and able to send emails out. Worked for hours on the phone with comcast rep. and they acknowledge there was a problem. Then they acknowledge that they showed the issue resolved and that emails were being restored. I then begin seeing folders appear labeled with my folder name and then lost-recovered. However, my inbox emails continue to remain lost and were not recovered. The person said they had exhausted all options to recover. Since this is a wide-spread issue, Comcast needs to do the responsible thing and acknolwedge publicly to all their email users that there was a problem. and what they are doing to try to recover the emails. There were bills to be paid and other important emails that have now vanished. This is unacceptable and will cause many to find another provider.
