I want a real Comcast employee to answer this because I am very tired of automated chat features and all the other junk. I am spending $130.00 a month with you Xfinity and the very least you could do is provide a person I can talk to. In fact you could have a website where somebody could actually make changes to their account. So I don't want my landline anymore. I have been trying to get rid of it for a while. How might somebody do this?
