I'm logged in, but when I try to view "My Account", it only displays support options. There's no actual account information.
Contacting support has been incredibly difficult as well. When I try to schedule a callback, I get an error message "We're having trouble scheduling your callback" and a "Try Again" button. Clicking Try Again keeps giving me the same error.
I've had autopay set up on my billing so I've never needed to sign in before, but now I can't actually see my information.
How can I actually contact support to get this resolved?
