I been a customer since November 2017 and purchase my own modem been using for couple years and now xfinity trying charge me rent my purchase own modem. I submitted proof purchase to xfinity through email and equipment research still trying make me rent my purchase own modem. I even visit stores at my old address where verify modem using is showing customer own using currently. The customer service agent saying would change rate code but believe my service be interrupted. I try go into store where live at now manager refuse look at any my prooc purchase documents at my new address update ownership modem back customer own. I really trying get someone help with this issue because shouldn't be charge for modem that I own.
