Happy Holidays. Because I have not been able surprisingly successfully to login. Into our Myxfinity account online, we only see the way to resolve this issue is if someone of Xfinity Office personnel official with Administration priviledge rights to configure our account so that we able to login and pay our monthly bill online. We do not see any other ways to pay our Xfinity Bill's. Otherwise, my son suggest that we are taking our TV SERVICE to somewhere else. You name it. We are at the brink to stop paying or what? So we are taking it, you decide. Any other suggestions
