In August of this year, a sagging Comcast line was ripped from the utility pole by a passing truck. The person who finally fixed it was great, but it took three calls, four tech appointments, and over two weeks to finally get it fixed. Now, due to recent snowfall, the new line is again sagging and I'm afraid that a passing vehicle may take it out again. I am posting this here in hopes of getting a faster, more accurate response this time. I no longer live at the home so my account does not have a service tied to it, but I still own house and have tenants.
I saw a similar topic in which the account @Comcast_Support had said to send them a private message by going to their profile and clicking "Send a message," but I could not locate such a button.
