I had a chat with a CS rep on 11/12/19. I called today to make the changes we discussed and new CS rep "has no idea" what I am talking about; meaning nothing in my file/account as far as notes. I am trying to lower my monthly cost and in turn understand I have to give up speed or features. No chat found, no notes and call center "can't reach out to another employee" This is in Puerto Rico call center..
