Why does this have to be so difficult? There are so many of us who use our phones for work-from-home. It is our livelyhood and should not be such a task to have it removed! I have also called Comcast 5 times, have been told it will be removed within 24- 78-hours, but no such luck. I have been told by several CSRs that they will call me back...nothing. This is extremely bad customer service. I switched from a different provider for bad customer service...is Xfinity next? I jut got with you all and the taste in my mouth is quite nasty! Come on now, you must do better! I hope this was private enough for you.
